13" x 21" x 12" c-saddle riser
C-Saddles are commonly used to create a new access point on already existing buried pipes. For instance it could be a reinforced concrete pipe, where a new water drainage access point is needed. In this case, it is a less costly and faster way to connect to the main line. In some cases a saddle riser is added to the c-saddle in order to adjust the top of the c-saddle to the surface of the street level.
